With most of these recipes, there is a very strong use of two terms:
STEVIOSIDE and STEVIA BLEND! If you get these terms confused, there is a good chance that you will ruin your dish. So remember: Stevioside is the FULL STRENGTH STEVIA WHITE POWDER EXTRACT. If you use too much, you will get a very bitter dish. the Stevia blend is a blend of Stevioside and a filler -Erythitol (a natural filler derived from grains and fruit) that makes it easier to measure. You will use more of the stevia blend then of the Stevioside.

Although stevia sweetening strengths vary from one brand
to another, when you use a brand high in steviosides, you
can achieve a sweeter taste without bitterness. This
chart is based on using an extract with over 90%
steviosides and a minimum of 30% rebaudiosde A.
Consequently, when using a pure stevioside with less then
the stated requirements, reduce the amount of stevia
listed on the chart above by about 30% - the final
product will not be as sweet, but you'll avoid the bitter
taste.
