Return Products

Natures Sunshine products offers a limited gaurantee, for damaged or defective products or allergetic reactions on a limited basis. This is limited to 30 days from date of purchase.(Partial use only we do not refund on empty bottles , there are some exceptions handled on an individual basis).
Al Natures Sunshine products are shipped from Natures Sunshines warehouses and are always fresh product.

We do not accept product returns on items marked as internet specials or sale items. Returns must be authorized by our office before a credit will be issued and will not be accepted with out a return autorization code number issued by us.Do not return products to the manufacturer as we will not issue a refund if this is done.
Sale Items marked as internet specials (Calorad and several other listed products) are not returnable or refundable ,these items are sold at or below cost and we can not receive manufacturers credits on these items, we pass the savings on to you .We do not refund shipping on refused orders.We do not sell products on a trial basis.We do not refund shipping on returns unless the order was incorrect on our part.
