Natures Sunshine Product Warranties

There is a six-month deadline for any returns on the Nature's Seal Pans and the Juice Factory 2000--this includes new and minimally used pans/juicers. No pans or juicers can be authorized for return after 6 months unless defective. Credit is 100% and the customer must pay for shipping to return the pans. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling our Customer Service department at 1.888.300.6242. Order numbers must be provided for all returns. There is a 30-day deadline for any returns on a Nature’s Spring Water Treatment system. Please see your owner’s manual for warranty information. NSP and most of the brands we distribute guarantee purity and quality, not performance of products. If after purchasing any Natures Sunshine using it for a reasonable amount of time ( maximum 30 days from date of purchase), a customer determines it to be unsatisfactory (defective), the customer should (upon authorization only ) return it to his/hers distributor for replacement,credit toward another purchase or a refund less shipping and handling fees , this is only after contacting us first.
We do not refund shipping charges. YOU MUST CALL FIRST FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE NUMBER before a credit will be issued

We do not accept unauthorized returns ( partially used products only if found to be defective).
