EXPLAINING TITLES, QUALIFICATIONS AND DEFINITIONS OF THE PLAN DISTRIBUTOR: A person who has completed a Distributor application, entitling this individual to purchase product at the wholesale amount for either personal consumption or retail purposes. In addition, a Distributor may qualify for commissions on "Qualified" Distributors and above, two generations deep. Qualification: A Distributor must purchase product equaling 50 LP in each calendar month. This qualifies the Distributor to receive 5% commission (1st generation) and 15% commission (2nd level). BUILDER: A Distributor who has personally enrolled three Distributors or above. Two of the three enrollees must be front line to the Builder and must have placed a minimum order of 50 LP for the calendar month. Qualifications: A Builder must personally purchase 50 LP and enroll 3 Distributors or above, (two must be front line), each with a minimum monthly purchase of 50 LP. The Builder is now qualified to receive commissions on three "Qualified Generations"; 5% (1st generation), 20% (2nd generation), and 5% (3rd generation). LEADER: A Distributor or above who has personally enrolled six Distributors or above (four must be front line) with a minimum monthly purchase of 100 LP. Qualifications: A Leader must personally purchase 100 LP, be signed up on AutoShip or Backup AutoShip for at least 100 LP, and enroll six Distributors or above (four must be front line) with a minimum monthly purchase of 100 LP. The Leader is now qualified to receive commissions on three "Qualified" generations; 5% (1st generation), 25% (2nd generation), and 8% (3rd generation). DIAMOND: A Leader who has personally enrolled nine Distributors or above (six must be front line) with a minimum purchase of 100 LP. Qualifications: A Diamond must personally purchase 100 LP every month, be signed up on AutoShip or Backup AutoShip for at least 100 LP, and enroll nine Distributors (six front line) with a minimum monthly purchase of 100 LP. The Diamond must have 3000 GLP in his or her first 3 levels (without compression). The Diamond is now qualified to receive commissions on four "Qualified" generations, as well as the 4th generation infinity bonus; 5% (1st generation), 25% (2nd generation), 8% (3rd generation), and 6%(4th generation to infinity). PRESIDENTIAL DIAMOND: A Diamond who has personally enrolled 12 Distributors or above (nine must be front line) with a minimum purchase of 100 LP. Qualifications: A Presidential Diamond must personally purchase 100 LP a month, be signed up on AutoShip or Backup AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll 12 Distributors or above (nine front line) with a minimum monthly purchase of 100 LP, and have 5000 GLP in his or her first 3 levels (without compression). The Presidential Diamond is now qualified to receive commissions on four "Qualified" generations, the 4th generation infinity as well as the "Infinity Pass-Through Bonuses" 5% (1st generation), 25% (2nd generation), 8% (3rd generation), 12% (4th generation to infinity), Infinity Pass Through and Quad Infinity (3% through 4 generations of Presidential Diamonds). INTERNATIONAL DIAMOND: A Diamond who has personally enrolled 24 Distributors or above (12 must be front line) with a minimum monthly purchase of 100 LP. Qualifications: An international diamond must personally purchase 100 LP per month, be signed up on AutoShip or Backup AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll 24 Distributors or above (12 front line) with a minimum purchase of 100 LP, and have 25,000 GLP in his or her first 3 levels (without compression). The International Diamond is now qualified to receive all the benefits of a Presidential Diamond, plus qualify for a profit-sharing in the International Diamond Pool (2% of the commissionable volume of the company Life Points). BONUSES RAPID REWARD: A bonus paid to the enroller on a new recruit's first order. On that first order, the first two levels of the compensation plan are reversed so that the enroller receives up to 25% commission. The enroller's immediate upline receives 5%. This happens only on the first LP order. All subsequent volume is paid according to the compensation plan. 4TH GENERATION INFINITY BONUS: 4Life Research guarantees the 4th generation to qualified Diamonds and above. If there is no "Like" position below the 4th generation, 4Life pays to infinity or until interrupted by another Diamond. INFINITY PASS THROUGH: Qualified Presidential Diamonds and above are guaranteed 12% on their 4th generation. 12% commission will continue below the 4th generation, until it is interrupted by a Diamond or another Presidential Diamond. When the pass through is interrupted by a Diamond, the difference between what the Diamond and Presidential Diamond are entitled to (6%) passes through to the Presidential Diamond.

The Presidential Diamond is now qualified to receive commissions on four "Qualified" generations, the 4th generation infinity as well as the "Infinity Pass-Through Bonuses" 5% (1st generation), 25% (2nd generation), 8% (3rd generation), 12% (4th generation to infinity), Infinity Pass Through and Quad Infinity (3% through 4 generations of Presidential Diamonds).   International Diamond Qualifications: An International Diamond must personally purchase 100 LP per month, be signed up on AutoShip or Backup AutoShip for at least 100 LP, personally enroll 24 Distributors or above (12 front line) with a minimum purchase of 100 LP, and have 25,000 GLP in his or her first 3 levels without compression (with no more than 15,000 GLP in any one leg). The International Diamond is now qualified to receive all the benefits of a Presidential Diamond, plus qualify for a profit-sharing in the International Diamond Pool (2% of the commissionable volume of the company Life Points).  To qualify for the International Pool, the Distributor must meet all International Diamond requirements for any 2 consecutive months. RAPID REWARD A bonus paid to the enroller on a new recruit's first order. Full roll-up and compression is in effect at all levels of the plan.     DEFINITIONS LIFE POINTS (LP):The dollar amount assigned to 4life products for the purpose of calculating commissions or the commissionable volume. GROUP LIFE POINTS(GLP): Life Points accumulated in the first three levels of a downline (no compression). GLP is used as one qualification for Diamonds and above. ENROLLER: A 4Life Distributor or above who introduces a new recruit to the opportunity and is credited with placing the new recruit's first order. SPONSOR: A 4Life Distributor or above to whom a new recruit is placed "front line". FRONT LINE: A new recruit that has been sponsored by a 4Life Distributor or above. LINE (Sometimes referred to as a leg): A part of your downline that starts with someone sponsored by a 4Life Distributor. BONUS QUALIFIER: A Distributor or above who qualifies for generation commissions. QUALIFIED GENERATION: A level in the downline on which a bonus qualifier exists. PASS THROUGH: A bonus paid to one which another in the downline is not entitled to. QUALIFIED "LIKE" POSITION: A qualified position in the downline equal or greater than your own.
